Presidential Candidate - How to Fight A War,

As I mentioned in my last post, I am running for president.

One of the most serious courses of action a President must consider is going to war. On the planet Ecpealuf, they came up with a solution to this problem that eventually eliminated war from their world. When ever a nation or part of a society initiated violent actions against others, non-involved nations pooled their resources and instead of sending soldiers bearing weapons, they shipped massive amounts of medicine, food, electric generators, appliances, construction materials, etc. to the involved parties.

The warring nations, suddenly overwhelmed with gifts that allowed the common individual to raise its level of survival, became confused, their purposes for war diffused, the violence dwindled away. Eventually, all the citizen of Ecpealuf were lifted up beyond the restrictions of not having enough to survive everyday, they began to share more and more with each other and their world changed forever...

The questions arises: Will acting out of generosity and kindness solve the problems of this world? Things are never that simple and yet. Don't you want a being in the White House, who, along with having the wherewithal to destroy their enemies militarily, was also be willing and able to act diplomatically with true friendship and tolerance. Ultimately, we must show that the United States cares more than it hates. Builds more than it destroys. Accepts differences more than it discriminates.

If you cannot chose me for your President, then, at least, consider a candidate who will incorporate this option into his or her strategy. But really, you should elect me!

Hello. It has been a while since my last blog. I have been at a "conference" in a galaxy far, far away. One item on the agenda was this planet. I have been allowed to increase my involvement.

Something I have not mentioned before is that in recreating a body for living here on your Earth, I incorporate small bits of local DNA. This enables me to better understand the local environment. In this case, I utilized native plant species growing in the soil of the United States. So in a way, I was born in this country.

Legally, according to some constitutional lawyers I have consulted, I can run for president of the United States. Today I am announcing my candidacy. My mind and experience maybe extraterrestrial, but enough of my body was born in the good ol' USA.

I shall be using this space to publish elements of my platform.

Today I want to touch on EII! EII is Energy Independence for the Individual! If elected I will initiate an energy project to create true energy independence for the individual citizen. Energy costs should only be the result of maintenance because there is so much free energy available. Here is a part of what I would do:

Solarize the roofs of every major mall in the country. Millions of roof acres would suddenly be producing electricity. Secondly, every farmer (rancher, vintner, orcharder, etc.) in the country would receive a home-scaled windmill for producing electricity. (For More about Renewable Energy, see Harvest The Sun.)

Sapienthologist speaks at Quincinera

A few days ago, I donned a more human disguise (See earlier posts regards my ability to change my appearance) and went to a Quincinera, which is a 15th birthday celebration of the coming of age of a human female. After a brief ceremony at a Baptist Church which included a communion type ritual, the family and friends went to a dance party. At this event, held in a Masonic Lodge, I was asked to and gave the traditional toast.

What a break for a Sapienthologist to see the religious and dancing ceremonies of young women. I am wondering if my toast captured the human perspective and have decided to print it here. If anyone feels that I missed the saucer because of my off-world perspective in this speech. Please let me know. As this is a speech, it may read best spoken aloud...

"Tonight we are here to honor and recognize the coming of age of Kayla G--- W---,
Daughter of Vivian, Granddaughter of Gloria, Great grandaugher of Mary, Great great granddaugher of Refugia and way back, down the generations, mothers and daughters, back to Africa and Lucy and beyond. This is a special event marking your move into womanhood, Kayla.

"Quincineras are special. But there are other cultures that mark the transition from childhood to adulthood. There are tribes that give their young females a cooking pot, a coconut and a stone. And send them to a small deserted island for a few days to contemplate their approaching maturity.

"Or maybe I am thinking of an episode of Survivor.

"Anyway, today, Kayla, we welcome you to your new status as a young adult. Your world is forever changed. Tomorrow you will begin to make more of your own choices as you take over the responsibility for your own welfare.

"For that's what adults do - they take care of themselves. And when school starts again, you won't need to be told to do your homework. You will choose to do it, because it is in your own self-interest.

"And tomorrow your chores will disappear. To be replaced by duties. Now you will chose to clean you room and wash dishes and all those other things, not because you are told to, but because your are taking on the responsibility for your family's welfare. And that's what adults do - they take care of others.

"But don't fret this adult stuff too much. It takes years to reach full adulthood. There is a learning curve. In fact, there are those amongst us tonight who are still very childish sometimes.

"And I think you know who I mean...

"Those of use who are older than you, Kayla, know the joys & sorrows, burdens & freedoms that await you. Don't be afraid to listen to us sometimes and seek our advise - adults do that, too.

"Because of the nature of this universe - there has never been a time and space like this one now. You are taking another step on your personal journey through life that is special and unique. Kayla, you are special and unique. But look around here - you are not alone.

Compassionate Non-Interferance

The possible doom of the human species is looming in all sorts of different ways: The creation of a bio-engineered deadly diseases, nuclear proliferation, global warming and contact with a hostile intersolar species are all real threats. It does not surprise me that I get contacted with the following question: "Why doesn't the galactic league step and in and help planet Earth?"

Most galactic species that have managed transportation between the stars, have come to the conclusion that they have enough problems of their own without taking on the problems of other planets. There is dificulty in predicting what the results of interfering in the internal affairs of another species would be. So most interstellar races have developed a policy of "Compassionate Non-Interference." (Watch out for those star folks that do not have this policy - they can be vicious.)

Most intelligent societies have this basic struggle: Evolve towards the unique individual or evolve towards the group mind. On the planet Drallab, for example, the people there began to put silicon chips into the brains of criminals to control their behavior. This worked so well, they decided to implant more complex chips into the brains of their newborn. Eventually, everyone was "wired" and controlled by a central authority. They became a Hive People, all working for the common society. They stopped being very creative and have not changed for eons, but they are very efficient at raising and gathering food.

We could impose our will on the planet Earth, but the potential of stifling your unique potential is high. What a loss of inovations and creativity, if you did not manage to make it to the next rung of civilization on your own.

What does Compassionate Non-Interference mean? Generally, physical help is only provided when there is a conscious world-wide request. On the other gripper, guidance via communication is usually acceptable. For example, I highly recommend that all of your buildings incorporate Hybrid Solar Lighting. It will save on your energy usage.

And I highly suggest that you begin to develope social solutions that DO NOT INVOLVE KILLING EACH OTHER! Just a thought...

Anyway, one of the purposes of this blog is to toss out signposts to those who will read them. Of course, the skyrocketing death of your fellow lifeforms - frogs, birds, bears, sharks, whales, etc. may trigger a harsher scrutiny of your planetary situation. But I believe you can take care of yourselves and this world...

Minimum Living Standard

Much has been made in the aftermath of the US Elections about a minimum wage for workers. I am reminded of the planet Amuart which not so long ago was politically quite similar to the planet Earth.

Amuart is a world filled with nation states. At the time of which I speak, each country was responsible for their individual citizen's quality of life. In some countries, most people did well. In other places, there were constant deaths that were easily preventable. Nowhere was poverty, starvation and poor health eliminated completely. The citizens finally got tired of always worrying about the welfare of their parents and of their children and especially of themselves.

"What if I lost my job or broke my paratel tenticle?" they wondered, "And no longer made enough to cover daily concerns?" These citizens demanded that their leaders provide a Minimum Living Standard or MLS for everyone.

What is the Minimum Living Standard? For the Amuartians, MLS meant running water for drinking and cleaning, sustainable daily calories and shelter for the night. Additionally, basic health care is included.

At first, only the wealthiest nations implemented an MLS plan. They issued to each of their citizens a card which could be used to access food, water and plumbling, sleeping rooms at night, as well as access to medical care. Then through treaties, international loans and some tenticle twisting all the nations of Amuart raised the quality of life to the Minimum Living Standard.

How was this paid for? In the begining, the MLS programs was paid for by taxes on the richest 3% of the planet's people. Then as the MLS began to eliminate unnecessary deaths, medical problems, crime and wars, it was easy for all the people to take up the small burden of maintaining the MLS. In fact, today Amuart's individual and collective taxes are at their lowest level in their history while their quality of life is unprecedented.

While I think an increase in your Minium Wage will do great good, I wonder if you will soon talk of a Minimum Living Standard?

Ending the Middle East Problem and other conflicts

There is a simple way to end the war in Iraq, the violence in the Middle East and elsewhere.

The entities of the Planet Burgone learned this life lesson eons ago by observing a species of insects on their world. (Your philospher Thoreau learned his own lessons from watching ants!) These insects, known as Krembles, are flying hunters much like your Terran Dragonfly. The Krembles are individual insects that hunt and devour other insects around them. They also have the habit of landing and resting on the skin of warm blooded animals.

Ninty-nine percent of the time, when a Kremble lands on a Burgonite, nothing happens. The insect inspects the surface for a moment or two, then flies away. Surprisingly, Butgonites do not slap or shoo away the Kremble. Nor do the less intelligent animals on Burgone bother a Kremble that lands on them.

Why? When a female Kremble mates, she needs to ingest the fluids from a warm animal to complete the fertilization process of her eggs. But unlike your mosquito which leaves an itching bump and carries diseases, the female Kremble's bite leaves a gift - an antiviral/health serum that is a powerful cure-all for most diseases inflicting the Burgone people and animals. A great boon, except for that rare occassion, about once in 1,000,000,000 bites, when the injected serum causes death!

After living with the Krembles for thousands of years, the Burgonites one day realized that the insects were showing them a peacful way to live. They had learned tolerance by allowing the Krembles to land on their bodies unmolested. Now when Burgonites are together, they went about their business respectfully ignoring each other. This is how humans act when they shop at the grocery store, politely tolerating other shoppers as they gather food.

The Burgonites learned to help each other as the Kremble helped them with its curative bites. And they discovered that death can come even from the best of intentions, but that does not keep you from being tolerant and helping others.

Simply put, can you and your leaders learn to act with respect for others. To give a gift when the time is right. To forgive the damage when interactions with other humans causes harm... IF you can do this individually, then collectively, the World Peace that occured on Burgone can be yours as well.

What Can I Do?

In listening and watching your American election campaigns, I have noticed much talk about you war in Iraq - how it is an important issue.

This "war" appears to be in bad shape. Why? I suggest that it is because only your politicians and a few businesses own this war - the American people have not taken responsibility for this war.

Have you asked yourself this question: What can I do... to help the Iraqi people?

Perhaps everyone in Iraq needs sunglasses; perhaps it is clean, running water. Perhaps it is safety in walking the streets. Perhaps Iraquis need to be reminded of their opportunity of building a great nation. Perhaps every child in America needs to donate a week's allowance to hire and train Iraqui police. Perhaps orange trees need to be planted along the Tigris.

What dream can you imagine that can turn the acts of war into the acts of peace. What can you demand of the American Government that will help the Iraqui people create their nation with schools and malls and individual freedom. What can I do... in this election and in the coming months, take ownership of this war, consider what you can individually do to create an Iraqi nation and demand the same from your elected officials.

Dimensional Shifts

The universe does not stay still - it is constantly changing. The intelligent beings of this universe must learn to change at the same rate as the universe does to maximize both potential and survival.

Part of each humans basic education - is learning that your planet is moving through space: Revolving around the sun; in turn, your sun and the Earth are revolving around the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. This galaxy, too, is moving away from the "center" of the universe. Spatially, you are never in the same place twice. Sub-spatially, the fabric of this unverse is also expanding and "changing coordinates."

You also learn about time, which in your usual perception, is always moving forward. Other dimensions are shifting as well in relatively the same ways, but you do not yet have words to describe this "motion."

Using and honing your "awareness" is the only way to keep pace. Many beings on all the planets become stuck in a moment - crystalized out of the moving reality. If you take sugar and stir it in boiling water - the sugar will dissolve. Remove the mixture from heat and as the water cools, the sugar will condense - crystallizing in a hard sheath on the bottom of the pan. That is what happens to intelligent being's awareness when they allow themselves to be boiled in beliefs - they crystalize out of the moving universe.

Simple awareness exercise: Imagine yourself moving away from the planet's surface into space. See the Earth from orbit, then move outward until you can see the Earth revolving around the sun , move farther and imagine all of the solar system. Then take off and visit the blazing light of the stars...

Aleya - More biographical information.

I wish to tell you more about myself. First of all, the picture you see of me (Aleya) is just a projected representation of my actual form. My species is able to project both visually as well a physically, an image of ourselves that matches the physical sensory facilites of other species. That is, I can look different to different people. I have chosen this current body image for Earth because I am alien and should appear so, but I do not wish to seem as a threat to individual humans. I believe to most of you I look "cute," though there are many of you where cute will not cut it and I would be cut-up if left in a room with you. I have defensive capabilites which I will not go into now.

I like having four legs, it keeps me grounded. I recently was on the planet of Frtian, a world riddled with natural undergound tubes filled with flowing gases. The land masses are in constant upheaval, seismically - so having a body form with four legs was a necessity for stable walking.

A bit more about my corporeal self - I do not have cells per say, but consist of a vast collection of energy|matter matrixes. We pride ourselves in how well we can control our component matrixes. When a member of our race comes of age we must pass a series of initiations. One is being placed inside of a crystal sphere and sent into an isolated part of space filled with little but the light of stars. In this test, I displayed and refined my ability to live on the photonic energy of starlight alone. Satisfying as it is to be able to survive on light, I like eating food! (Lately I have been baking apple pies and researching merlots.) At the end of this trial, I was not returned to my home world, but transported to a planet unfamiler to me. My first site of life after my isolation was a completely foreign one, but after my aloneness what a treat to see any life. All live is precious was another lesson learned.

There are other visitors here - some are from different universes and they are not like me.

Fear the Mind Killer, Greed the Body Killer

One of your better writters, Frank Herbert, wrote in his novel Dune, that "Fear is the mind killer." For the last five years, I have noticed many governments using fear to keep themselves in power. Use the word Terrorism and people will stop examing what their leaders are doing. Has the use of the word Terrorism in the last five years caused the collective mind of the United States to act stupidly?

I have also noticed that "Greed is the body killer." Parasites use this tactic on many planets. On the lost planet of Korpork, one species focused on being very large and very territorial - to the point where there was one member per every thousand square miles. The species learned to eat everything until there was no other life around. Then they learned to eat dirt and rock and ate away their planet. The Koporkians took and took until there was nothing left - not even themselves.

I have noticed that your oil companies and your banks (credit cards) companies have had record profits this year, while the average citizen has less. Is this hard work or greed? I wonder how long the American people will let fear blind them from the greed of the corporations and political leaders that are lowering their standards of living?

A human friend of mine has a vending machine at a "mom & pop" convenience store. It changed ownership. The new owners asked for more money or higher commission from sales by the vending machine. They agreed on a 10% increase. The next month the new owners complained about the machine and said to keep it in place they wanted more money. Again my friend agreed, trying to reach a balance in a business fashion. The next month the new owners again said they needed more, my friend took his machine away. The store owners greed killed the service my friend offered them. Now the store has less value for its customers.

Individual public good - do you have it?

As an alien visitor, I have been wondering why your political leaders do not practice some of the more common features in the social patterns of many non-Terran societies - truth in communications and trust in the people governed. When your leaders do not give you useful information and believe that you do no have the ability to understand complex issues, why do you let them remain leaders?

Before my people reached universal individual maturity - we had social leaders. Everyone one of them had to uphold this rule - to act only in the public good. Every analysis done by a leader's decision had to show that every member on our planet was well served. I am puzzled by your actions in Africa where so many die from poor water, mosquitos and not belonging to the right labeled group. Or how killing 100,000 people in the name of creating democracy is not considered a stupid method. Perhaps it is your species way of High Comedy, but I have my doubts.

On the planet Brnnerjhn, this planetwide law was enacted centuries ago - Each elected official must live only as well as the average citizen. They get paid the average wage, access the average hospitals and live in average dwellings. Today, the common Brnnerjhian is as wealthy as your William Gates.

Can you a puzzle to solve - how to blend the rights of the individual with social actions for the public good? Will you survive to become our neighbors and share apple recipes, with the galactic us. I hope so.

Traveling into Space

One of Earthlings' valuable accomplishments is traveling into space. Humans are being unselfish in these endeavors, sharing the results with each other. I have read much of what your "nauts" have said about their personal experiences while in space, have you noticed how they seem different then when they were Earthbound?

Oh, can you help me? I have been collecting some of your space vessels to perserve for the galactic museum. It has been easy to get a Soyez and other Russian "wessels", I have salvaged some European rockets and a recently a NK missle, but I would like to purchase a US Space Shuttle. Does anyone have a connection?

I tried a government auction source through this website, State Auctions and bought a nice home and car, but there were no shuttles listed...

The view of your planet from the "vacumn" of space will help unite the relationships of your peoples. (Which is important, as you will have dangerous visitors in 2011.) And if you all work together in your space efforts, the average person will be able to join your colony on Luna!!

Health drinks like wine

I have been reading about the positive health effects of red Wine. There are antioxidents in the wine that help prevent human disease, I gather.

On the world of of Trembiline there is a similar fermented drink. The world is very volcanic and is filled with caves - most of the Trembilines live in these caves. There are other creatures living in these caves including a type of hival beetle. These beetles, working in harmony, eat certain debris and fungi that exist in these rock dwellings and produce a strange nector that naturally ferments.

Each Trembiline family has carefully bred their beetles to create unique Beetlejuice Wine . Now this juice is said to contain certain anti-aging properties and the families trade and compete with each other to produce award winning vintages. Communicating by species

I find it strange to be communicating with humans in this fashion. But I have learned that there are so many ways to convey messages. On the planet Vtl, the Vtlkms communicate two-thirds of their meanings by scent. The Vtlkms smelling organs are about 10,000 times more sensitive then the humans' dogs. Of course, I have learned that humans talk to each other's genders through pheromones, see Pheremone Information. And some humans heal themselves and change their emotions through pleasant smells, see The Scent of Change - Aromatherapy.

Can you choose to leave your religion?

I recently read the book, In the Shadows of Giants by Orson Scott Card, an Enders novel. One of the theme posed by the author is this question: Is a religion a TRUE religion if you cannot choose to leave it? That is, would you be killed or otherwise bodily harmed if you abandoned your current religion or if you are forced to join a religion at gunpoint or pitchfork is that "religion" a true path to God?

I can voluntarily leave my path of Eckankar without risk of social censure or threat to life or limb. Is your religion a true choice?
